Today should have been Wellness Wednesday. 🤔

Starting with a great breakfast at Thornham Deli then a great walk through RSPB Titchwell Marsh to the beach where, as far as my eyes could see, there were just 12 people (including the birder lurking the dunes behind us). Watched an Egret, Northern Dabbler ducks and a good number of Avocets on the walk back through the wetlands with around 20 different birds picked up on Merlin Bird ID app (recommended, even for the back garden birds) though many were heard but not seen!

It would have beed rude to walk past the cafe and not stop for tea and cake, wouldnt it? So we did!

Quick stop off at Burn Valley Vineyard to pick up a '23 Bacchus then over to Norfolk Stoves Ltd - Established 1978 to check out their pellet burners for the house we are trying to buy.

Day rounded off in Wells shopping at Arthur Howell Butchers then munching on a fab hot sausage roll from Arthur Howell Bakery sitting on sea wall watching the seals and tide come in.

Not quite what we planned but got a lot done and had a great day too.

As for the Bacchus it’s brilliant, AND there's still some left for tomorrow.
