Come for a day or enjoy a break in cozy chalets or family rooms. Enjoy stunning views and a bite to eat at our onsite Boathouse Restaurant. Our accommodation comprises of 13 self-catering log chalets (which sleep from 2-8), 2 apartments (sleeps 5) and extensive B&B accommodation in our main lodge at Insh Hall. Voted Scottish Outdoor Centre of the year 2022 and Tripadvisers Travellers choice award 2022

We have many activities available on site including skiing and snowboarding and Tubing on the dry ski slope;
Skating on our artificial Ice Rink (Glice Rink Nov-Mar) archery; and walking trails. Water enthusiasts can enjoy (with or without instruction): Stand up paddle boarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Sailing and Canadian canoeing. We also offer Raft Building & Team Building courses, River Trips. There are two adventure play parks for children and a lovely picturesque beach for picnics and barbeques or you can relax and eat in The Boat House Restaurant and The Quarter Deck Bar and sit back and admire the views! ⛷️ Our next block of Speyside Superstars After School Club is ready to book! 🏂
This term, we are all about winter sports! ❄️

Friday Sessions (4-Week Progress Blocks)
Fridays are perfect for kids who love to dig in and make real progress. We are focussing on skiing and snowboarding all the way up to Christmas, making sure everyone feels confident and ready to head up Cairngorm Mountain after the Christmas break (weather permitting, of course!).
Includes 2 full hours of main action, plus extra fun and crafts to wind down.
£140 for the 4-week block (£98 for Loch Insh Members).

All-Out Wednesdays (Tasters and Mixed Fun)

Wednesdays are super relaxed, ideal for younger kids or anyone taking their first steps with us. Every week offers a cool mix of land based outdoor and cosy indoor activities (think skiing, snowboarding, archery, orienteering, crafting, and skating).

The Useful Bits:
🚌 School Pickups: Optional school pickups available straight from school in Aviemore, Kingussie, Newtonmore, and Kincraig!

🍎 Snacks and Food: Wednesdays come with an arrival snack. On Fridays, just pack them a lunch and we will supply the afternoon snack!

Celebrating St Andrew’s Night this year? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Join us on Saturday 28th November for a cosy dinner by the water at The Boathouse Restaurant, featuring some traditional Scottish dishes from our new winter menu.

Dinner service runs from 5:00pm to 7:45pm, and then we head over to The Ptarmigan at 8:00pm to clear the floor for the ceilidh.
