An evening of stillness, sound and self-care✨

Yesterday evenings sound bath offered a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and sink into a deeply relaxing experience. Through the gentle sounds and vibrations, attendees were invited to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with themselves.

It was wonderful to witness such a peaceful atmosphere and to share the experience together. We hope everyone left feeling calm, grounded and renewed.
