Wow, what a year. We’ve welcomed so many new faces to Langston, it’s been a real treat to see guests relaxing into their time here and making the most of the house, studio, gardens, and woodland walks. We’ve had cacao by the lake, picnics on the beach, sound baths and saunas and space to breathe. Can’t wait to see what 2027 brings, I wonder if I can sign myself up as a guest!

It was such a joy to be invited to share a Sound Journey as part of Langston South Devon Open Day, celebrating this truly stunning retreat house, studio and its beautiful setting.

From the moment you arrive, there’s something incredibly special about this place. Every space has been thoughtfully created to inspire connection, creativity and wellbeing from the beautiful studio and house to the gardens and surrounding countryside.

It was a privilege to fill the studio space with sound, vibration and stillness, and to share the experience with such a lovely group.
Thank you to the wonderful Langston House team for inviting me and for creating such a beautiful space.

As much as we hate to admit it, summer is slowly coming to an end…

But is it really so bad to admit that we’re a little bit excited for those guilt-free, lazy days in the cinema room?

No plans, nowhere to be, and absolutely no reason to feel bad about doing very little.

We’ve almost finished season 2 of The Gentlemen, so we’re going to need some recommendations for what to watch next. Any favourites we should add to the list?
