An introduction to Qigong & Breathwork✨

This gentle and restorative session combines the ancient practice of Qigong with mindful breathwork to help you feel relaxed, focused, and free from the stresses of daily life.

Sessions are centred around coordinated body movements, rhythmic breathing techniques, and a gentle introduction to meditation. The slow, flowing movements help improve balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness, while controlled breathing can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and support lung and heart health.

The meditation element encourages mental clarity, enhances overall vitality, and promotes a deeper, more restful sleep.

Suitable for all levels, this nurturing practice offers a calming space to reconnect with both body and mind.
