Meet Bob. Every bottle of Eagle One Gin starts here.

Standing proudly in the bar at Eagle House Hotel & Distillery, Bob is our 230-litre copper still and the heart of Cornwall's only hotel with its own working gin distillery.

Bring your eclipse glasses, find a spot on our terrace, in the bar or restaurant and enjoy the uninterrupted view with a drink or something to eat.

We're open from 11am for drinks, with food served from midday all day, and dinner from 6pm.
