Exceptional food, seasonal produce, a beautiful setting and thoughtfully chosen wines.

On 4th & 5th December, we are welcoming Ollie Dabbous to Keythorpe Hall for the first in our new Guest Chef Series.
Ollie will create a dinner inspired by what’s growing in our walled garden, with wines selected by Bert Blaize of North Norfolk Cellars to complement the menu.

And for the first time, you can experience Keythorpe by the room. Settle into one of our seven beautiful suites and enjoy an overnight stay with dinner, breakfast, and an exclusive cooking demonstration and masterclass with Ollie the following morning.

Dinner, bed & breakfast packages are still available. Dinner-only places have sold out, but you can join the waiting list in case more are released.

Last week at Keythorpe // 16.10.26

Autumn is properly here - and it has been busy! Harvest time for sure.

Last week we welcomed a luxury watch brand for two days of strategy and team building. As always we championed amazing produce picked only moments before dinner was served - sustainable and luxury!

Then to some full-on flower picking days, a bride had an amazing brief - only to use local flowers for her wedding. 2500 stems were picked, and thank you to Floral Media and Fiona Paxton for supplementing ours.

And in the middle of it all, the seasonal jobs carried on. We winterised the bee hives, leaving the bees enough honey to see them through the winter, and put the last of the orchard apples and quince into storage. Only the medlars left to pick!

Something rather special is coming to Keythorpe this December.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new Guest Chef Series, bringing exceptional chefs from the UK and beyond into the Keythorpe kitchen to cook with the produce from our walled garden.

For the first time, we’re opening Keythorpe by the room for these events- giving individual guests the opportunity to stay, dine and experience the house for themselves, rather than booking the entire house exclusively.

Our first guest chef is Ollie Dabbous, joining us on 4th & 5th December for a very special dinner. Ollie was executive chef of Hide for seven years, before that founding his eponymous restaurant, Dabbous. Both restaurants received Michelin stars within months of opening.

We opened priority booking last night to our newsletter subscribers, and all dinner-only places sold out within 12 hours.
There are still a limited number of overnight stays available, including dinner, bed and breakfast, afternoon tea on arrival and an exclusive cooking demonstration and masterclass with Ollie the following morning.

If you were hoping to join us for dinner only, please do join the waiting list. We may be able to release more places at a later date.

This is just the beginning of the Guest Chef Series, and we can’t wait to welcome more exceptional chefs to Keythorpe in the future.

And just like that, the summer feels like it’s over.

We’ve welcomed wonderful guests to Keythorpe this summer. Bespoke itineraries, built from a first conversation. Bucket-list moments made real. Meals cooked from what the walled garden gave us that morning.

Our summer in a nutshell:

This week we travelled back in time to Regency England.

At Keythorpe, the prep is always half the story. The unseen lead up to guests arriving- and this week, as always, it was a full team mission.

The dining room underwent huge transformation, using the finest of what is blooming in the walled garden at the moment.

Our guests were treated to a full Regency surprise that none of them saw coming. Dramatic games of croquet to rival the football, historical and social dance classes, and mixology masterclasses. All with world class experts and seamlessly woven through the day.
