🚨 FIRE UPDATE 🚨

We’d like to reassure everyone that there is, in fact, no fire on our roof.

After a few concerned members of the public spotted what appeared to be smoke coming from the roof, the fire brigade were called to investigate.

The culprit?

🔥 Edward The Extractor Fan 🔥

We’re currently cooking on the grill! I promise the steaks have been requested well done (we know!)

The fire brigade have been informed, the steaks remain under control, and thankfully nobody has had to rescue a sirloin from the building. 🥩😂

We’d like to thank everyone for looking out for us!

🎄 It’s August. We know. We’re sorry. 🎄

But judging by the weather outside, summer has clearly packed its bags and gone home… so we thought we might as well start talking about Christmas parties. 😂

Yes, while everyone else is still pretending it’s summer, we’re already planning the festive season!

Whether you’re looking for a big Christmas party with the team, a relaxed festive get-together, or just an excuse to get everyone out of the office, we’ve got a range of Christmas party options ready to book.

Because apparently it’s never too early to secure your Christmas plans… especially when it already feels like October outside. 🌧️

Christmas will be here before we know it — and the best dates won’t wait!

🎄 Christmas parties now booking.

We've come back with a pretty strange request....can you help us settle something?🤔

We've just started a colour war in the back office.. and we've got a serious case of curtain confusion - what colours do you see here?

The hotel is divided, everyone is on edge...please help us decide! 🤪

....An unexpected diversion from Feedback Friday! 🌟

We want to say a huge thank you to Wigan and Leigh Hospice for a wonderful event yesterday evening, celebrating and recognising the incredible staff, supporters and corporate partners who make such a difference. 💜🌼

It was a pleasure for our hotel to be part of such a special occasion, and we’re incredibly proud to be Team Hospice. The work you do within our community is truly inspiring, and we’re delighted to be supporting you.

We’re looking forward to working together over the coming years to raise money for a special place.

Thank you for a fantastic event 🤩 (Of course I forced Janice to get on stage for us! 😅)
