Gill stayed with us last autumn, and her review sums up exactly what a stay at Frankaborough Lodge can be about.

Even when the weather turned wet and a power cut added an unexpected twist to their stay, they simply settled in, lit the log fire and enjoyed a glass of w**e.

Sometimes the best memories come from the moments you didn’t plan for.

And Gill enjoyed it enough to tell us they’ll definitely be booking again.

No two Holstein Friesian cows have exactly the same black-and-white markings. Their patterns are unique to each cow, almost like a fingerprint.

🎃 Pumpkin picking season is here!

If you’re staying at Frankaborough Lodge this October, Strawberry Fields Farm Shop is hosting its pumpkin picking event.

A great excuse to head out for some seasonal fun, choose your own pumpkin and make the most of an autumn day in the Devon countryside.

We may have just caught the last carriage of the Kinda Chic trend train…

But we think a luxury self-catering log cabin on a rural dairy farm in Devon probably qualifies.

Hot tub, fire pit, countryside, space to switch off and a rather lovely place to spend a few days.

We’ll call that kinda chic.
