For the last three years, Jack has been a huge part of what makes The Tower feel like The Tower.
Towards the end of this month, he’ll be leaving us as he gets ready to move away and begin an exciting new chapter.
During his time here, as Bar Manager, Jack has helped shape not only our bar but the rest of the Tower into what it is today. The drinks, the standards, the atmosphere, the calm in the middle of a busy service. So much of it has been influenced by him.
But more than the job itself, it’s the person we’ll miss.
Jack is one of the kindest and most genuine people we know. He has been a steady, thoughtful and reassuring presence within the team, always someone people could turn to, and always someone who cared about getting things right.
He has been at the heart of The Tower in a way that is difficult to sum up in a caption.
Of course, we wish we could tempt him to stay. We always do. But this is Jack’s time to take a big step, and we are so excited for him.
Jack, thank you for everything you’ve given to The Tower, to the bar, to the team and to our customers.
We’ll miss you more than you know, but we’re wishing you every bit of happiness and success in what comes next ❤️✨
