❤️ “Who is your ideal guest?”
I’ve been asked this question quite a few times over the years.
And until recently, my answer was always…
“I honestly don’t know!” 🤷🏻♀️
We have had such a wonderful mix of guests that I never really thought about having an “ideal” one.
Then, a couple of weeks ago, I had a bit of a lightbulb moment. 💡
Actually… I do know.
⭐️Our ideal guest is someone who loves the great outdoors.
⭐️Someone who enjoys getting out for the day, knowing that when they come back to Hafren Forest Hideaway, they can relax and be looked after.
⭐️Someone who appreciates good old-fashioned home-cooked food.
⭐️Someone who likes a comfortable, clean place to stay, without everything having to be complicated.
⭐️While you’re out enjoying Mid Wales, we are quietly getting things ready for your return, cleaning the shower rooms, freshening the communal areas and making sure everything is ready for you to relax.
⭐️⭐️And perhaps most importantly…
⭐️Our ideal guest is someone who enjoys people.
⭐️Someone who is happy sitting around our dining table chatting with their own group, swapping stories with other guests, or simply enjoying a cuppa and a conversation.
Whether you are here for trail riding, fly fishing at Llyn Clywedog, walking, cycling, mountain biking, exploring Hafren Forest, or simply spending time with friends and family…
If you like getting outside during the day and being looked after when you come home, you might just be our perfect guest. ❤️
And I think that’s what we have realised after nine years of Hafren Forest Hideaway.
We don’t need to be everything to everyone.
We just need to be us, and find the people who love what we do.
💬 So, tell us… what makes a place feel like the perfect place to stay for you?
