Have you met Bonnie… our wonderfully mad Cocker Spaniel?🐾

Full of energy, and a huge personality, Bonnie is very much part of life here at Flying Piglets. Whether she’s running around looking for her ball in the field or looking for someone to say hello to, she keeps us all smiling.😊

She may be a little bit bonkers, but that just makes her Bonnie. And around the farm, we wouldn’t have her any other way.🐾
She loves her life here with all her animal friends.🐑🐖🐐🐓🦆🐈‍⬛
If you visit the Old Milking Parlour, you will definitely be greeted by Bonnie standing on the garden wall with a very waggy tail and her enthusiastic welcome.🐶

Would you like to be greeted by a goat when you arrive on holiday? 🐐
At Flying Piglets, our Angora goats have appointed themselves as the official welcome committee. They are really gentle,friendly and a bit nosey! 👀
They live in their field, right beside the car park, so when guests arrive they always wander over to the fence to meet them😊.
We're not entirely sure whether they're genuinely pleased to see our guests... Or whether they're checking for snacks.🌱
© Either way, they're usually one of the first members of the Flying Piglets family you'll meet.

✨🌿 Have you ever turned a corner and found a view that took your breath away? 💚🐑 ✨Living here at Flying Piglets, we never tire of the beautiful countryside all around us. ✨
The narrow Winding lanes, rolling hills and stunning views across the Welsh valleys are all part of everyday life for us,but we still find ourselves stopping the car to just take it all in.💚
We warn our guests that the lanes are a little on the narrow side but that is all part of the charm of exploring our beautiful corner of Wales. And when they reach us, there’s peace and quiet, fresh air and our little gang of animals waiting to welcome them. 🐐🐷🐑🐔🦆🐈‍⬛🐕
Today we took the narrower and more scenic route up to the house. The sun was shining and the views clear and breathtaking, so of course we stopped to take some photos📷🌅

🍛❤️ Have you tried The Spice Barn in Llanwrda, just outside Llandovery?

We treated ourselves to a takeaway on Saturday night, and it was really delicious ! 😋 It’s always nice to have a night off cooking, isn’t it?

The Spice Barn is a lovely family-run venture serving authentic Indian street food and home-cooked curries. Subhash uses traditional recipes and freshly ground, homemade spices, and you can really taste the difference!

Their menu changes every week, so there’s always something new to tempt you, and they even do authentic Indian desserts. 😍
It is only about 10 minutes from us so ideal.
If you fancy a relaxed weekend takeaway and something a little different, we’d definitely recommend giving them a try
