We just want to say a big thank you to everyone that has messaged and emailed congratulating us since winning the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award and then being recognised by the Lord Mayor of Llandudno for our achievement and contribution to tourism over the years. Only this morning we had a letter in the post from our MP congratulating us.

Thank you everyone - it means a lot.

We had a nice afternoon out yesterday and an excuse to dress up a bit as we were invited to the Town Hall Civic Chambers to meet the Lord Mayor for a presentation of a Mayor's Certificate in recognition of our recent achievement in winning the TripAdvisors Best of the Best Travellers Choice Award 2026 and our contribution to tourism in Llandudno. The award puts us in the top 1% of B&Bs worldwide and 10th best B&B in the UK (based on TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Awards).

Look what arrived in the post today...we had the certificate the other week but when I ordered the free trophy I honestly was expecting a self assembly cardboard thing that would go straight in the bin but this definitely deserves pride of place.
