Meet Martin, one of the talented chefs behind the food at Penrhos Park!

We asked Martin what his favourite dish to make is, and there was one clear winner… lasagne!🍝

“It’s rewarding making the perfect lasagne. It’s pure comfort food, lovely and golden, with those crispy edges. The perfect reward after 18 holes of golf.”⛳

We couldn’t agree more!

Next time you’re at Penrhos Park, make sure you work up an appetite on the course!
