The office doesn’t always have to look like an office… 🌿

Glansevin isn’t only for weddings and family gatherings. During the week, the house works rather beautifully for team away days, planning sessions, workshops and corporate retreats in the Carmarthenshire countryside.

With the whole house exclusively yours, there’s space to bring everyone together around one table, use different rooms for smaller conversations and breakout sessions, step outside when you need some fresh air, and properly switch off when the working day is done.

With 20 bedrooms, plenty of shared spaces and five acres of private grounds, your team can work, eat and stay together — without everyone disappearing off to separate hotels at the end of the evening.

And once the laptops close? Dinner together, a drink by the fire, the games room, sauna, countryside walks… or simply some proper time together away from the usual routine.

Whether you’re planning a team away day, leadership retreat, strategy session, workshop or a few days away together, we’d be very happy to talk through what could work for your group.

✨ Our new website is live! ✨

We’ve been working away behind the scenes, and Glansevin has a new home online.

We wanted the new website to make it much easier to really get a feel for the house before you arrive — whether you’re gathering the whole family together, planning a wedding, organising a corporate retreat or simply wondering whether Glansevin could work for your group.

You can have a proper nose around the house, explore the bedrooms and room plans, discover the different ways you can stay, check live availability and get in touch with us directly.

Glansevin has always been about having the space to make the house your own, and hopefully our new website gives you a much better glimpse of what staying here can actually look like.

So… go and have a nose around 👀🌿

We’d love to know what you think.

Well… this looks like a night to remember 🔥🎶

We absolutely love seeing Glansevin come alive through the eyes of the wonderful suppliers who join us here — and it’s safe to say Catrin & Rhodri’s guests knew exactly how to fill a dance floor 😂🕺

Huge congratulations to the happy couple, and a big thank you to Cover'd Up - Wedding & Party Band for bringing the party! 🤍

There’s something very special about seeing the house full of music, laughter and people making the most of every last minute of the celebrations.

What a night 🥂✨

🌿 The quiet before the house fills up again…

Fresh flowers on the table, the last few touches being done, and Glansevin is nearly ready to welcome today’s guests through the doors.

There’s something lovely about these few quiet hours before a new stay begins. Soon there’ll be bags in the hallway, voices carrying through the house, people finding their rooms and everyone settling in for a few summer days together.

August at Glansevin has been a busy one — exactly how we like to see the house: full of people, celebrations, family and friends making the most of summer in the Carmarthenshire countryside.

For now though, everything is ready and waiting. 💛
