By placing the counter front and center, we turned the kitchen into an open stage. Here, the chefs and service team become performers in an energetic, live-action spectacle, with every seat putting you right in the front row.

A retrospective look at Miami, which opened its doors in 2018!

Designed as a spatial journey, the entry drew guests in through a sleek, mysterious façade, gradually revealing a dramatic interior inspired by a hidden tropical cenote. The wraparound mural that pours over much of the interior is the work of Miami street artists Marcel Katz and Ahol Sniffs Glue, whose whimsical, graphic vocabulary carries the edge of the city's graffiti culture indoors.
