An ode to The Terrace 🌞🥂

650+ spritzes, 392 glasses of rosé and more pizzetta than we can count… what a summer it has been! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us.

We’ve taken our last orders, and it’s time to say arrivederci to The Terrace for another year.

But don’t worry… we do autumn rather well, too. 🍂

Until next summer, it’s time for our cosy corners to take centre stage.🕯️

We asked our team to react to some very good news…

We didn’t tell them what they’d won (yet), but we asked them to celebrate anyway.

Turns out, it was another year as a Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Award winner 🎊

👉 #16 in London & the UK, as voted by US readers

👉 #35 in London, as voted by UK readers

Pretty cool that.

We’re honoured to retain this. Thank you to everyone who casted their vote for us and to our incredible team who bring the Kimpton Fitzroy London experience to life every day.

Between movie nights, room service, Afternoon Tea and exploring Bloomsbury, there’s plenty to keep little ones busy this October half term.

And if you find yourself wanting to come back for more… well, we can’t say we’d be surprised… 🐉

Consider this your sign to make a half term of it.

October invites you to slow down. 🐌

Savoring the extra minutes in bed, lingering over breakfast and settling in to the season ahead.

We’re still enjoying the last little stretch of summer on the menu, before we make way for what’s next.

Plenty of reason to stay a while.

Some stories are better served at the table 🫖

This one comes with freshly baked scones.

The Tea Behind The Titanic brings Edwardian influences, iconic architectural history and contemporary flavours to our very own Fitz’s Brasserie.

Come and take a closer look for yourself - book via the link in our bio. 👀

Consider yourself invited 📩🫖

History like this deserves to be shared over Afternoon Tea.

The Tea Behind The Titanic is our new Afternoon Tea at Fitz’s Brasserie (), inspired by the very room in our hotel that’s said to have inspired the RMS Titanic’s iconic first-class dining saloon.

From the story behind our resident ‘Lucky George’ dragon to the Waldorf pudding scones and the D-Deck éclairs, every detail has been thoughtfully crafted by our team, with a nod to the history of the era as you read through the menu.

Available now at Fitz’s Brasserie.
