Ham Yard Hotel has 91 individually designed bedrooms and suites by Kit Kemp alongside 24 apartments, a restaurant with outdoor seating, a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, theatre, private events space and bowling alley. The hotel revolves around a tree-filled garden with a bronze sculpture centrepiece by Tony Cragg. Alongside the hotel's 91 individually designed bedrooms and suites are 24 apartments, 13

independent stores and a restaurant and bar with outdoor dining. There is a drawing room and library, rooftop terrace, spa and gym, theatre, private event rooms and bowling alley.

Feel like a London local in our Ham Yard Residences. Connected to the hotel, but accessed via their own private entrance, they offer a different way of experiencing the city, whether you're planning a longer stay or travelling with family. Individually designed bedrooms open onto a spacious drawing room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. It’s pied-a-terre living, with everything Ham Yard has to offer just moments away, from our bar and restaurant to the Soholistic Spa and our 1950s bowling alley.

In our picnic afternoon tea, you'll find savouries of quail’s Scotch eggs and tomato and goat's cheese quiche, as well as a delicate Pimm's No.1 tartlet, and a rose, strawberry and cream gâteau inspired by the season's most iconic flavours.

Quite possibly the best kept secret in Soho, is home to an original 1950s bowling alley imported from Texas. The Croc is one of our favourite events spaces, complete with vintage shoes and back lit bowling balls, a lounge, dance floor and bar. If the mood "strikes" you for a game, book our lanes for an hour for £35 a person, with two sliders, fries & a drink included. Available each day from 10am-4pm.
