Kremi joins us at an incredibly exciting time for The Stafford, following a landmark year that has seen us named Travel + Leisure’s No.1 Hotel in London, retain our AA Five Red Stars, receive the Afternoon Tea Award of Excellence, and celebrate the first MICHELIN Star for Michael Caines at The Stafford.

A familiar group reunited around the table this time last week.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Benoit Blin, Cherish Finden , Liam Charles of Bake Off: The Professionals to The Stafford London for afternoon tea.

For our pastry team, the occasion brought back memories of an incredible journey — from the first bake to the final, where they finished as runners-up.

From building a floating Tiki bar to creating an elaborate Masquerade Ball for the final, the journey brought no shortage of ambitious challenges, creativity and pressure. A lovely opportunity to come together once again and look back on an experience the team will always remember.

On Wednesday 30th September, join us for an intimate wine dinner celebrating Taylor’s and Fladgate Family Wines, hosted by André Luís Martins, Brand Ambassador for Fladgate Wines.

From Portuguese sparkling and still wines to exceptional Ports, each has been selected to accompany a menu by MICHELIN-starred chef Michael Caines and his team, featuring Orkney scallops, roast sea bass, grouse and more.

Surrounded by centuries of history and more than 8,000 bottles, it’s a fitting setting for an evening dedicated to some of Portugal’s most celebrated wines.

Afternoon Tea Week has arrived, and we couldn’t think of a better time to introduce something fit for little kings and queens.

From Friday 14th August, we’re delighted to launch our new Mini Royals Afternoon Tea – a memorable experience for younger guests, complete with a royal invitation, crown or tiara, a cuddly corgi to take home, and an afternoon tea created especially for children.
