Throwing it back to the very first event at Stellaire Frankfurt, a unique event location at Hilton Frankfurt Airport, designed to give event planners the space and flexibility to think bigger.

Produced by Encore in partnership with Hilton Frankfurt Airport, Stellaire offers 5,400 m² of flexible, modular event space, created to accommodate everything from conferences and exhibitions to gala dinners and large-scale corporate events.

The successful premiere marked the beginning of what Stellaire can offer: an open, adaptable space where innovative event design, hospitality and production come together to create impactful experiences.

Green was the theme of the day at MongoDB.local London 💚

This year, MongoDB .local was held at oldbillingsgate, and we transformed the venue into a fully immersive brand experience from the moment attendees arrived.

From eye-catching wayfinding and feature installations to a vibrant exhibition floor, MongoDB branding was impossible to miss. A bespoke MongoDB booth took centre stage, surrounded by partner lounges, podcast studios and contemporary demo pods designed to spark conversation, collaboration and discovery.

And the wow factor didn't stop there. A striking stage design featuring 328 LED panels, suspended LED elements and dynamic lighting set the scene for a day packed with innovation, learning and networking.

Creating a fully branded conference experience for Altadx's Fitness Tech Summit at The Kia Oval 🏋️

Bringing together professionals from across the fitness and technology industries, the summit provided a platform to showcase the latest innovations and connect with industry leaders.

The challenge was to deliver a consistent brand presence across two different event spaces, while adapting the production design to suit the unique requirements of each room.

As The Kia Oval’s in-house production provider, we combined our venue knowledge with technical expertise to deliver a tailored solution that balanced creativity, functionality and visual impact. From keynote environments and presentation setups to venue-wide branding, including wayfinding, floor graphics and lift wraps, every element helped enhance the attendee journey.

The result was a professional conference environment that enabled the client to engage their audience, support exhibitors and create an impactful experience for delegates and speakers.
