As part of Team Z for the last three years, Ajith progressed his career at our Piccadilly hotel before moving to Covent Garden in his role as Duty Manager.⁠

Ajith is our resident problem solver! Always finding a resolution to day-to-day challenges with a positive mindset. He loves to use his skills to train and inspire new members of the team.⁠

When finding time to relax, Ajith loves to explore and catch great views of the city, recommending an early evening stroll around Hyde Park, a visit to near Liverpool Street for 360-degree views or riverside cocktails on the terrace at in Vauxhall.⁠

Say hello to our newest café at Z Hotel Covent Garden on Bedford Street, bringing Mediterranean flavours, sharing plates and a little bit of Covent Garden history to the table.⁠

Back in the 1630s, English architect Inigo Jones brought the elegance of the Italian piazza to Covent Garden, creating a place designed for people to meet, gather and spend time together. Café Inigo takes inspiration from that spirit, with relaxed dining and plenty of plates made for sharing.⁠

Open to everyone from 6.30 am–11 am daily for breakfast, and our special menu is available from 12 pm.⁠
⁠
On the menu, you’ll find fresh salads, small plates, sharing boards, sides and nibbles, including:⁠
