In 1998, Trinity Buoy Wharf was an empty, derelict site. Now it is a thriving centre for the arts and creative industries with a rare community of over 350 like minded people enjoying the unique riverside location. Free from overdevelopment, the site's fasinating history can still be see

n in the buildings, installations and residents such as the Lightships LV93 and LV95 that are moored here. With careful regeneration, Trinity Buoy Wharf has kept its character whilst offering amenities such as studio and gallery space, a pier, boat club, school, rehearsal rooms and two dining options in the form of Driftwood Cafe and Fat Boys all American diner and 3 of the hugely sustainable Container City buildings.
