Longridge House is a boutique countryside hotel, restaurant, and events venue in the heart of the Ribble Valley. Set in a historic country house, lovingly reimagined in 2025, it’s a place where quiet luxury meets heartfelt hospitality. Every stay, every gathering, is considered and never rushed. From fire-cooked feasts in the gardens to intimate dinners in our Library, from light-filled wedding ceremonies to corporate retreats with countryside walks, our spaces are designed to feel personal, not packaged. With 23 bedrooms, a restaurant rooted in seasonal flavours, and a team who know the value of the little details, Longridge House turns meetings into moments and celebrations into lasting memories. Part of Elle R Leisure, a family-run hospitality group behind Albert’s Restaurants, Dukes 92, Woodlands Hotel, Soughton Hall, and Hello Hotel. Longridge House is the newest chapter in a story of Northern hospitality.

Think pancake-filled mornings, spooky afternoon teas, autumn walks through the Ribble Valley and hot chocolates waiting for you when you get back in the bar.

Add a few games in the Drawing Room, a change of scenery with our Half Term Hideaway package and plenty of time to enjoy being together, and you've got the makings of a lovely little autumn escape.

Fire cooking is at the heart of the dining experience, bringing together the theatre of live-fire cooking and a real appreciation for good food. From Sunday roasts cooked over the flames to freshly made pizzas straight from our pizza oven, it’s all about creating something memorable around the table.

Spend a leisurely New Year’s Eve afternoon at Longridge House, with a St-Germain Ch*****ne cocktail and chef’s nibbles on arrival, followed by a three-course lunch and live music.

We’ll wrap up by 6pm, leaving the evening yours to enjoy.

Little ones are welcome too! Their three-course lunch includes a welcome bubbly mocktail.
