That's the maths on our new long-stay pricing — a full week costs just £189 more than a short break, because 7-night stays get 10% off and skip the booking fee entirely.

The longer you stay, the cheaper it gets:
🌊 7 nights — 10% off (£544 in October, about £78 a night)
🌊 14 nights — 15% off
🌊 21 nights — 20% off
🌊 A whole month — 25% off (that's £65 a night for your own sea view, deck and the coast path on the doorstep)

Winter rates drop even lower from mid-November, so a month in Cornwall — proper sea-view, heating on, Netflix and WiFi, working remotely if you like — is a serious idea, not a fantasy. The park goes quiet from 1 November; the sea doesn't.

🌊 BIG NEWS FROM TY DEE SEAVIEW ESCAPES! 🌊

We’re incredibly excited to announce that our brand-new website is in the works! 🎉

Soon, you’ll be able to browse, check availability and book your stay with us directly online — with complete confidence and peace of mind. ❤️

One of the things that genuinely saddens us when we’re browsing the various holiday groups is seeing families fall victim to scammers pretending to own holiday caravans. People hand over their hard-earned money, only to discover the holiday never existed — leaving them without their holiday, without their money and, understandably, feeling awful about what has happened.

We want to do things differently.

Our new website is being built to give you a safe, straightforward and professional way to book your stay with us, with a proper payment system and clear booking process. We want you to know exactly who you are booking with and feel confident from the moment you find us to the moment you arrive at our little home away from home. 🏡🌊
