Well life is never dull is it? All this unrest in the world and I fail to see what on earth it achieves.
Anyway Spring has sprung so at least we can look forward to some longer and warmer days. The only problem is the grass is growing so I will be spending more and more of my time cutting it!
Spring is one of my favourite times though, trees and hedges bursting into life and a hope that things will only get better as time progresses.

Well Summer is almost upon us and what a spring it's been! Unseasonably warm weather and very little in the way of rain. Let's hope the summer is as good. The Barn is starting to get fairly busy for the school holidays but there is still some availability so just check the website. We still have plenty of availability in our smaller cottages, full details on the website.

We have been leaving a large area of the front field for hay for a few years now, which saves me a few hours mowing and does attract a variety of wildlife. My niece spotted this fellow a few days ago that I thought you might like.
