🌅 At 4:35am this morning, our guests, Augustien and Patricia, enjoyed a spectacular sunrise from their bedroom, as vibrant colours spread across the Channel and illuminated the coastline.

🍓✨ Somewhere between “healthy breakfast” and “slightly addictive”… sits the
Highcliffe House Breakfast Parfait. 😄

Made fresh each morning by Richard… layered with fruit, goodness, crunch and all sorts of colourful deliciousness. 🫐🥭🍓

Guests are forever asking:
“What’s actually in it?”

At which point Robert usually points at Richard… and Richard suddenly becomes very mysterious. 😂

The funniest part?
People genuinely come back for it. Year after year. ❤️

One spoonful turns into:
“Can I have this again tomorrow morning?” 😋
