The Park View is a warm and friendly guest house, right beside Mablethorpe`s beautiful beach with golden sands, beach huts, cafe and lovely Queens Park with a lake, boating, bowling, crazy golf, tennis courts, children's train and adventure play area. We are only a short 2-minute walk along the promenade to the fun fair and to the shops, amusement arcades, cafes and pubs. Covid safety and sanitisation is in place for your safe enjoyable holiday.

The Lloyd’s Round Britain Cycle race 2026 came through Mablethorpe. Oh boy are they fast! It was well organised and a great event for Mablethorpe.
