Congratulations to Scott and Sean on the completion of their Modern Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery level 6. Scott and Sean have made huge strides in the last year at the Knowes hotel and completing their apprenticeship in the workplace. The lads have showed great commitment and pride over the last 4-5 years and should be very proud of their achievements.

We take great pride in giving the young team opportunities and I sometimes think more hospitality businesses need to follow in order to safe guard the future of our industry in offering workplace qualifications.

Well done lads , Keep it up , never stop learning 👏

Who wants a stress free Christmas?🎄🎅🏻

No supermarkets, no waste, no preparation! Just pour yourself a w**e, cook and serve 🍷

We are delighted to share our Christmas family packs, Desserts are also available to purchase. 🍰

With instructions included you will be able to enjoy your special day rather than worrying, prepping the day before and rushing to the busy shops.
Your boneless turkey (raw) will be seasoned and ready to be placed in the oven. All the rest will be cooked and ready to be heated and finished with our very own turkey gravy.
To ensure freshness, our products will be in sealed containers or vacuum packed, labelled with instructions and relevant food safety information.

Our order books are now open, with full payment when placing your order either by card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Pick up times will be 23rd or 24th December from 9am-12pm or 4pm-6pm.

*** PLEASE NOTE: there will be no swaps, the pack will come as it is, we will only cater for dietary requirements such as Dairy or Gluten free ***
