As chef, Wayne takes great pride in customer satisfaction, using only the best fresh, local Scottish produce to create delicious and tempting menus to cater to his customers requirements. Come along and enjoy lunch, an evening meal or afternoon tea in our modern hotel with stunning sea views across the Moray Firth.

Who wants a stress free Christmas?🎄🎅🏻

No supermarkets, no waste, no preparation! Just pour yourself a w**e, cook and serve 🍷

We are delighted to share our Christmas family packs.

With instructions included you will be able to enjoy your special day rather than worrying, prepping the day before and rushing to the busy shops.
Your boneless turkey (raw) will be seasoned and ready to be placed in the oven. All the rest will be cooked and ready to be heated and finished with our very own turkey gravy.
To ensure freshness, our products will be in sealed containers or vacuum packed, labelled with instructions and relevant food safety information.

Our order books are now open, with full payment when placing your order either by card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Pick up times will be 23rd or 24th December from 9am-12pm or 4pm-6pm.

*** PLEASE NOTE: there will be no swaps, the pack will come as it is, we will only cater for dietary requirements such as Dairy or Gluten free ***

We are looking for an Events and Front of House Coordinator to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day running of the hotel.

You will work closely with Wayne and Linda to look after our guests and help with day to day operations.

Duties include:
• Welcoming guests and check-in / check-out
• Food and beverage bookings
• Room reservations
• Event and wedding enquiries
• Telephone and email enquiries
• General administration
• Customer relations
• Some social media
