Say hello to this wee cutie Jasmin! 😻

Our customer decided to hold a party for his new 9 week old ragdoll kitten Jasmin! This way all his friends and family could meet the kitten instead of individual visits to their home! ☺️

The group enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea while getting to meet the new arrival!

Congratulations to Jennifer & Karl who were married here at the hotel last Thursday! 🥂💕

They had a small private ceremony followed by a lovely 3 course meal, the party continued on the Saturday when they held a wedding dance in their hometown 🎉

10 Year Service Award 🥳🥂😊

We’re delighted to celebrate Scott and Fiona who have now both reached significant service milestones with us — and they’ve picked quite the week to be honoured after our unexpectedly “lively”social media inbox ! 😂

Scott and Fiona have been with us from the very beginning — starting at DHR when we launched Restaurant Nineteen, and then moving with us to The Knowes Hotel & Restaurant 8.5 years ago !

Fiona joined us on our very first day of trading (initially as a customer who came in for her lunch and got drafted in to help in the restaurant and kitchen!) and has been a rock ever since. She understands this industry and is always there when we need extra support — even out of hours. Thank you Fiona ! ❤️

Scott brings 35 years of experience, dedication and old-school craftsmanship to the kitchen. He’s a chef who takes real pride in his work, gets on with everyone, and has been a huge part of our journey since 2016. Thank you Scott 💙

After a week of politics , it’s been brilliant to focus on the people who turn up week in week out and show commitment and pride to serve our wonderful customers! That’s what hospitality is all about 🥰

Just saw someone calling for a boycott of Tesco because a Reform candidate was spotted buying milk there 😆

Pal … if we’re boycotting every shop where any party candidate shops, we’re all gonna be foraging in the woods like medieval peasants🤣

Wait, that Lib Dem bought bread at Morrisons? 😆

Labour candidate in Boots for paracetamol? Corporate enemy!’🤣
