We are very pleased to announce the reopening of the Carden Arms this April 2021. We cut no corners in finding and cooking the freshest local produce, alongside mouthwatering meat from our very own herd of traditional pedigree Hereford cows. We have introduced a great new wine list and the cellar is stocked with some great beers from old favourites to new ones. Food is served during the following

times:
Monday - Currently closed
Tuesday to Saturday - 12.00 to 21.00 (Drinks til 11pm)
Sunday - 12.00 to 20.00 (Drinks til 10.30pm)

Please note we are following the latest, ever-changing COVID government guidance. We ask that you only visit under current guidelines and please do not be offended as we try to navigate the new normal and bring the Carden Arms back to the community. We hope to see you very soon!!

🥩 Our Secret Farm Shop 🥩

In the corner of the stables at the pub, you’ll find our new fridges & freezers packed full of delicious meat direct from our farm, just 1 mile away.

Exceptional 28-day dry-aged Hereford beef -
Selections of steaks, as well as mince & roasting joints.
Delicious legs of Lamb.
Our Butchers best pork sausages with natural casings.
We also have some doggie mince available too 🐶

All of our livestock are reared naturally & carefully, using traditional methods on the historic pastures at Carden Farm.

The secret farm shop opening hours are the same as the pub -
Monday - Wednesday open from 4pm.
Thursday - Sunday open from midday.

☀️ Good morning from our little corner of Cheshire…

The sun is shining still & we’ve been busy adding some new options to our menu.

Created using fresh ingredients, featuring some of our own Carden farm lamb & adding some delicious seasonal options.

🍴Grilled Lamb Loin Chops with Greek marinade, watermelon & feta salad, minted new season Cheshire potatoes.
🍽️ Giant Red Prawns Al Plancha with sea salt chilli, garlic & lemon aioli.
🍴Grilled Cornish Sardine fillets with garlic croute, roast cherry tomato foundue, green salad & fries.

Alongside our pub classics menu, you’ll find a selection of real ales, summer spritz’s & wide selection of refreshing drinks.

Pull up a chair on our patio for a bit of alfresco dining or cool off in our comfortable traditional pub, bar or dining room.
