We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our small and welcoming hotel team.

This is a full-time position including evenings and weekends, with shifts covering:

* 7:00am – 3:00pm
* 3:00pm – 10:00pm

About Us
We are a small, thriving hotel with a warm and supportive team atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating a workplace that feels like family, where everyone works together to provide excellent service and make guests feel at home.

The Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Duties will include:

* Greeting and checking in guests
* Handling reservations and enquiries
* Managing phone calls and emails
* Assisting guests throughout their stay
* Working closely with the wider hotel team
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

What We’re Looking For

* Friendly and approachable personality
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable and flexible with working hours
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous hospitality or reception experience is preferred but not essential
