Park Hall Hotel & Spa is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to lead business development across corporate accommodation, meetings, conferences, training events and corporate functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by developing new business opportunities, strengthening corporate partnerships and maximising revenue across our hotel.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Generating new corporate accounts and developing existing client relationships
🔹 Driving sales across corporate accommodation, meetings, conferences and events
🔹 Building a strong sales pipeline and converting enquiries into confirmed business
🔹 Conducting proactive sales calls, client visits, networking and hotel site inspections
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, national accounts, travel management companies and event organisers.
🔹 Attend networking events, exhibitions and local business forums to promote the hotel and generate new business.
🔹 Negotiating corporate rates and business agreements
🔹 Identifying opportunities to increase room nights and wider hotel revenue
🔹 Working collaboratively with hotel teams to maximise commercial opportunities
🔹 Monitoring sales performance, KPIs and revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Previous hotel sales experience is essential
✔️ A proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
✔️ A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach
✔️ A passion for networking, winning new business and exceeding targets
✔️ Knowledge of the local corporate market is an advantage
✔️ A full UK driving licence is preferred
