Big Give Week is almost here.

From midday on Monday 22 June, donate via the Big Give link in our bio and your donation will be doubled, meaning twice the impact for young women and teenage girls in Manchester experiencing homelessness.

Every donation helps provide the care, support and opportunities they need to feel safe and build fulfilling futures.

The Big Give campaign is almost here! From 12pm on 22nd June until 5pm on 29th June, every donation made through BigGive.org will be doubled while match funding lasts.

This is an incredible opportunity to make twice the difference and help us continue supporting young women and girls who need us most. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help Contact Hostel provide vital services and support.

✨ Leah’s Story ✨

When Leah arrived at Contact Hostel at 16, she had been sofa surfing for months and had been out of education for years.

With the support of our team, she was able to rebuild her confidence, complete a computing course, and begin making plans for her future. What started as a safe place to stay became a foundation for moving forward ❤️

Stories like Leah’s are why our work matters.

We’re taking part in The Big Give’s Small Charity Week, and that means all donations made between 22nd–29th June will be match funded, for every pound you give, it will be doubled! 💛

Behind the scenes at Contact Hostel, our small but mighty team is always working hard to make this charity run, from fundraising to frontline support, admin to community champions. Every bit of love, time and effort goes into creating a safe space for young women and girls facing homelessness in Manchester.

This is the second time we have secured a match-funded campaign, and your support can go twice as far. Let’s make this week count.

This year, we’re celebrating Alison, our amazing Service Manager!

As Service Manager, Alison is at the heart of the support we provide, helping young women move through challenging times and construct more stable futures. Her compassion, and commitment make a real difference every day, and her own connection to Contact Hostel gives her an added perspective on the impact of that support.

Her understanding and leadership help create the welcoming atmosphere that Contact Hostel is known for.

We are beyond grateful for her dedication. Thank you, Alison, for everything you do❤️

We’re getting everything ready for this year’s Small Charity Week Big Give 2026 and we’re so excited to get started!

From 22nd to 29th June 2026, every donation made through The Big Give website will be DOUBLED, helping us continue our work supporting vulnerable teenage girls and young women in Manchester.

We’d love to get as many people involved as possible this year. If you have any fundraising ideas, workplace challenges, bake sales, sponsored events, or creative ways to support the campaign, we’d love to hear from you.

Please remember that donations must be made via The Big Give website during the campaign week to qualify for matched funding.
