We’ll be closed this Tuesday & Wednesday while we carry out some essential maintenance and give the pub a little bit of TLC 🛠️

But don’t worry, we won’t be away for long! We’ll be back open as usual from Thursday, ready for food, drinks and all the usual Crown catch-ups 🍻

So if you’re thinking about popping in, Thursday is your day! We’re looking forward to seeing you tomorrow and getting back to it.

What a weekend! 🎪

We had such a lovely time at Carnival and hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did. It was great seeing so many familiar faces in and around the pub, enjoying the sunshine, a few drinks and all the Carnival fun 🍻

And a little mention for our float… we only went and won our class! 🏆 A big thank you to everyone who helped make it happen.

🏆 1st Place – Aldbourne Carnival 2026! 🏆

What an incredible weekend! We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded First Prize for our Great British TV float at this year’s Aldbourne Carnival. 🇬🇧📺

A huge thank you to every member of our amazing team who gave up their time, energy, creativity and hard work to bring this idea to life. From building and painting, to costumes, props and all the behind-the-scenes preparation, this award belongs to every single person who helped make it happen.

Seeing everyone come together, have fun and create something so special truly shows what a fantastic team we have at The Crown. We couldn’t be prouder.

Thank you also to the Aldbourne Carnival Committee for organising another fantastic event and to everyone who supported and cheered us on throughout the day.

Our kitchen will be open as normal from 12pm–3pm, serving our full menu. Then from 5pm–7pm, we’ll be serving food outside, with:
