From a spectacular Greenwich wedding to b**r festival season—there’s plenty keeping BE Event Hire busy through these Autumn months ! 🚚✨

Our dark bentwood chairs looked right at home in the magnificent Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich. Extraordinary painted ceilings, the most magnificent beautiful flowers and candlelight—what a setting for a wedding banquet! 🕯️🤍 We seem to have been to that venue several times this summer .

B**r festival season is here too! 🍻🥨 Our traditional b**r tables and bench sets bring people together for Oktoberfest celebrations, b**r tents and autumn gatherings.

Add red carpet arrivals, furniture for immersive event spaces and a delivery to a South American Embassy, and you get a glimpse of the variety behind the scenes at BE.

🍂 You can always tell when autumn arrives at BE Event Hire…

The festival fields begin to quieten down, but the furniture certainly doesn’t!

Recent weeks have seen us supplying several major running and swimming events, along with events at some rather impressive historic venues.

We’re now moving into Oktoberfest celebrations, indoor exhibitions, conferences, awards evenings and all sorts of other autumn events — with one of our biggest weekends of the entire year just around the corner.

Barrels and Vienna tables are heading to Oktoberfests, while rows of chairs, tables, staging and exhibition furniture are being prepared for venues across the country.

Political conference season is also upon us — somewhere we seem to turn up regularly. Our equipment doesn’t get a vote, of course; it remains strictly politically neutral! 😂

Meanwhile, eight containers arrived for www.befurnituresales.co.uk last week. Most of their contents are destined for sales customers, although we may have spotted a few items that could sneak into the hire range next year…

The events change with the seasons, but the loading, checking and delivering never really stops.

Just another busy summer week at BE Event Hire!

Our vehicles have been coming and going in every direction, delivering everything from small orders to some seriously large loads — including 6,300 of our folding chairs which are heading all the way to Africa for an event.

One of our vans had to go onto the beach. Literally. 😂

It’s difficult to sum up just how busy the last few weeks have been at BE Event Hire.

We’ve had furniture and equipment heading to every kind of event and venues, from weddings, festivals , exhibitions , conventions and corporate events to hotels, political events and some of the major sporting events taking place around the country.

This week alone our deliveries have taken us across England, Wales and Scotland, with furniture heading to MotoGP at Silverstone this weekend, and preparations well underway for the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham.

That comes straight off the back of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, alongside all the other events and venues we’ve been supplying at the same time.

Some orders have been in the diary for months. Others have come our way at the very last minute — plans change, numbers increase, venues suddenly need additional stock and occasionally we get a call for a substantial order with a need for an immediate turn around. Political events in particular do seem to have a habit of appearing in the diary at very short notice!

Where we have the stock and can make the logistics work, we’ll always do our very best to help and we thank all our team who make it work.

One of the things we enjoy most is the variety. National events and venues one day, a wedding, festival, hotel, corporate or political event the next — and many of them at once.

It’s certainly keeping the warehouse busy and putting plenty of miles on the ever increasing number of vehicles, but it’s great to see so much of our stock out there being used.

And August is only just getting started.

2,000+ Picnic Benches... and we've just built another 700! 🚛🪵☀️

What a year it's been already!

To keep up with demand, we've had to manufacture 700 brand-new picnic benches this spring, taking our hire stock to over 2,000 benches available to hire.

These last two weeks alone, our benches are heading to some of the UK's biggest events, including:

Every single one of our picnic benches is designed and manufactured by our own team in Leicestershire. Our workshop has been flat out for months, with the team building, finishing and preparing hundreds of new benches to meet unprecedented demand - all with a smile and a Yes we will get them done in time - and they were done in time !

There's nothing better than seeing products we've made ourselves being enjoyed by thousands of people at some of the UK's most iconic events.

☀️ Summer event season is officially here, and at BE Event Hire we're running at full capacity trying to keep up with demand!

From weddings and corporate events to festivals, tradeshows, public led games conventions and private celebrations, our team is working almost around the clock to ensure every delivery and collection happens as smoothly as possible.

While the great British weather can sometimes throw us a curveball, creating challenges on the roads, in fields, and at venues, one thing never changes — our commitment to reliability.

What a difference a day can make at times . Anyone else who was at a particular arable tradeshow in the last couple of week or so will know exactly what we mean !!

Another week. Another full diary. 🔥

We’re incredibly grateful to be working at high capacity every day now supporting events across the UK and Ireland and the diary only gets busier throughout the summer

From large-scale exhibition centres and corporate events to comedy shows and school and university events, it’s always lovely to see so many successful events come together.

Its great to answer the phone to hear someone new say - you've been recommended but we've been let down before so we are nervous

Then a few weeks later to get the after party message come through ' ”Morning - wow what a night! Really appreciate all your work making that happen! We did it Thank you so much ☺️“'

🚧✨ Finally, the wait is over! ✨🚧

This weekend marks the official opening of the brand-new Pork Pie Way bypass — a huge milestone for our local community after many years in the making.

BE Event Hire were proud to provide the furniture for the special naming ceremony and celebration event, helping bring together local leaders, guests, and the community for such an important occasion.

As a Melton-based business, it’s fantastic to see investment and progress happening right here in our region, and we’re honoured to have played a small part in this historic moment.

We’ve recently welcomed a few new team members to BE Event Hire, so when one of our experienced drivers rang the office after spotting one of our vans all alone on the brand-new (and still closed!) road, he thought perhaps one of the new drivers had taken a wrong turn! 🚐😂

Thankfully not — it was actually our team delivering the furniture for the official event!

Congratulations to everyone involved in making Pork Pie Way a reality, and we hope everyone enjoys using the new bypass from this weekend onwards 👏

Another election day, another successful setup for the BE Event Hire team.

As with every election, we’ve been busy delivering and setting up multiple election counting stations ready for the 7th May Local Elections locally and way outside our local area.

From full hall layouts to just providing tables, chairs, stage and screens our experienced team ensures each venue is prepared for a smooth and efficient count.

Election counts are always a huge operation for all concerned, and we’re proud to continue supporting local authorities with reliable, professional event set up every time the country heads to the polls for whatever reason.

A big thank you to our fantastic crew for another seamless setup delivered to the highest standard and with boundless energy !
