A little glimpse into life as an Oyster owner 🦪

Last night we opened the doors at Oyster HQ for our very first Owners' Day, bringing together some of the wonderful owners who make Oyster what it is.

From catching up with the team and updating Welcome Books to sharing ideas, answering questions, enjoying a drink (and quite a lot of cheese), it was lovely to spend some proper time together away from the usual emails and spreadsheets.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, and two special shout-outs to our guests from Zeal Tax and &Caws for the delicious spread 🍷🧀 We loved having you here and we're already looking forward to the next one!

For our latest interview, we caught up with Jodie Rogers at one of her favourite spots on Anglesey, the beautiful Penrhos Nature Reserve 🌊

Jodie grew up in North Wales before moving away, and has recently returned to Anglesey with her young family, embracing a slower pace of life back in a place she’s always called home.

A yoga teacher, creator and writer, Jodie shares plenty around wellbeing, slower living and finding more joy in the everyday, so we chatted all things Anglesey, what brought her back, and the places she loves most on the island...

And, naturally, she had plenty of recommendations for us too:

Yesterday, we popped down to the Menai Bridge to witness a little piece of North Wales history...

This year marks some incredible milestones:

🌉 The Menai Bridge turns 200 years old
⛵ The iconic Fife One Design boats celebrate 100 years
🌊 Bangor Pier reaches an impressive 130 years

Watching these beautiful boats race beneath one of the world's most famous suspension bridges was a reminder that some traditions never lose their magic 💫
