We hope that the booking process is a breeze for you and then when you have your destination sorted, you can drop down a gear for your holiday and start to enjoy the peace and relaxation when you arrive. We can cater for most things and can generally point you in the right direction for you to get the most out of the local area. We can order home-cooked food in, get the wood in for the wood-burning stove ready for that glass of wine after a pamper session in cosy warmth! What makes us tick? 5 days until the solstice, and summer begins​

At Anchorage House, the longest day starts in the water: a swim in the cove below, followed by coffee wrapped in towels on the terrace.​

The afternoon is built around the sea: paddleboards, drying wetsuits below, then back upstairs for long lunches with the balcony doors open and boats drifting past.​

As evening comes in, it’s sauna, plunge, sunset. ​

Then dinner late, outside, because there’s no rush for the day to end.

7 days until the summer solstice: the longest day of the year, and the start of summer!​

At Sŵn y Môr, in Trefadog, we’d start our solstice early with coffee on the patio while the tide shifts below, then straight down the garden path for a morning swim before the day has properly begun.​

Our late morning would turn into cricket on the lawn, barefoot lunches, and a barbecue that stretches into the afternoon.​

As the light softens, the day ends where it began: outside, watching the sun drop straight into the sea.​
