The Spread Eagle dates back to 1430, a coaching inn in the heart of the South Downs National Park, that has been serving hot beverages long before the tradition of a tea break arrived in the 18th century.

You could say we've got the hanging of pouring drinks, and today, a tea break is as refreshing and welcome as it was back then.
