Westgate Caravan Park recommends to any potential purchasers of holiday homes which are being sold privately that they firstly consider the obligations of owning a holiday home and find out about the time left on the licence and the site rules of the park.

They should contact the park office direct to obtain details that come with any private purchase.

There are rules for ages of holiday homes, for the potential re-selling if allowed.
Consider site fees, utility fees, electric, gas, insurances.

One of our office staff is leaving 😭
After 18 years Julie has decided to enjoy early retirement with her husband Paul.
Next Wednesday 18th December will be her last morning with us.
I'm sure everyone who knows her will be sad to see her go.

We wish her all the best for the lazy days ahead 😁 walking the dogs 🐕 looking after the grandchildren 👶👧👦and generally enjoying this next phase of life.

We will all miss you Julie 👍👋😎🥰🥂🎉🎊

Christmas and New Year
The park office will close on Wednesday December 18 at 12.30pm
We will re-open on Saturday 4 January 2025.
No gas will be available during this closure period and no post/parcels will be accepted.
There is an onsite warden for emergencies only.

Job Vacancy Office/receptionist
We are looking for someone to join our team.
2 days a week, 9-5, 1 hour for lunch
Must work 1 weekend in 3 and able to cover staff holidays when necessary.
Duties include, taking phone bookings for holiday caravans and touring/campervans.
Ordering stock, taking card/cash payments.
Must be good with figures and computer literate.
Also able deal with some caravan sales and purchases.
After a certain period of training must be confident to work alone.
Our reception is open 7 days a week.

Westgate Caravan Park re-opens on Friday 1 March 2024.

Holiday homes available to rent from 2 March Saturday to Saturday until the end of October.
Touring pitches available from 1 March to end of October, £30 per night, this includes electric hook-up and shower/waste disposal facilities.
Sorry we do not have camping and we do not allow awnings or tents like structures.

We have a good variety of holiday homes for sale.
These are holiday use only and any buyer must provide proof of a residential address with council tax and utility bills in their name (outside the LA1 LA3 LA4 area)
