🚆 Forget the sea view… we’ve got a train station! 😂

This is the view from the Littlestone Hotel — the station is literally right opposite.

And don’t be fooled by the empty Avenue… our CCTV caught that peaceful moment lasting approximately two seconds. 😎

The Avenue has certainly changed over the last couple of decades, with more houses, more traffic, and now a nice Co-op supermarket.

But that’s part of the charm — you’re right in the heart of the local community, with the station just across the road and everything happening around you and a cold drink just next door at The Captain Howey Hotel

Things are changing around here…

According to one of our guests and Rightmove, Costa on New Romney High Street may be closing soon.

If that’s true, I can’t help wondering… would that location be perfect for …

And it seems there could be even more change coming. I’ve also heard that a new fried chicken food outlet, KFC-style, may be opening nearby in the near future.

There are also quite a few shops currently available to rent along New Romney High Street.

What other businesses do you think the High Street needs?

Hello New Romney !!

One of our long-term guests happens to be a beekeeper 🐝

No… not The Beekeeper ( J.S)😄 — a real one!

He is currently looking to buy any unused beehives, so if you have some sitting around and not being used, please get in touch.

He is also looking for local locations or farms in the area that would be happy to accommodate some hives.
