Don't forget that we have lots of 'off menu' dishes that we can delight you with! Just tell us what ingredients you fancy eating and our experienced staff will make a suggestion for you.

Like this chicken pepper pot...chicken or prawns are marinated in a sweet and sour sauce with gently cooked onions, and then placed inside a pepper which has been roasted to sweet, melting perfection in our tandoor oven.

Absolutely delicious!

Our Chicken Shatkora is authentically Bangladeshi in its flavour profile. Shatkora is a wild orange citrus fruit which grows in Bangladesh, and we use the rind to flavour curries. It's medium hot, sharp and tangy yet rich and pairs beautifully with our fluffy pilau rice. Why not try it this evening?

It's a very fragrant gin, served in the Balearic Islands and Portugal with a twist of lime peel and sprigs of rosemary. Refreshing and delicious.

Mmmm, have you tried our Ashiana Chicken Bhuna yet? This delicious dish is made by gently frying onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and a blend of ground spices: coriander, cumin, and garam masala. The dish's name comes from the method of frying (bhunna) these ingredients together until the oil separates, creating a thick, rich sauce that lightly coats the chicken pieces.

A classic dish, loved by you all - the Ashiana chicken korma. Tender pieces of chicken are marinated in yoghurt and then gently cooked with spices, including cardamom, turmeric and a touch of garam masala, and combined with ground cashew nuts to create a creamy sauce. Here we have a taste of our home for you to enjoy. This is our Mum's Chicken Tandoori dish. It's the one she always cooked for us when we were living at home and one she still cooks for us today.

Tender pieces of sliced tandoori chicken meat, all charred and juicy from being cooked in the tandoor oven, are combined with onions and her family secret spices to create a rich and tasty masala sauce. Not spicy, but with a rich, deep flavour. Topped with a few deep fried onions and some fresh coriander, and it really takes us back to our happy food place. We hope it does the same for you!
