Our Chicken Shatkora is authentically Bangladeshi in its flavour profile. Shatkora is a wild orange citrus fruit which grows in Bangladesh, and we use the rind to flavour curries. It's medium hot, sharp and tangy yet rich and pairs beautifully with our fluffy pilau rice. Why not try it this evening?

The Ashiana Bengol Quail is a popular dish from our homeland of Bangladesh.

Plump, little stone quails are lightly spiced with winter herbs and spices (turmeric, red chilli, cumin, curry powder), curry leaves and button onions, before being cooked until juicy in our tandoor oven.

This dish is a taste of home for us and comes highly recommended by the Chef.
