A starter for every taste! The Pepper Pot is roasted in our scorchingly hot tandoor oven and then filled with chicken or lamb in a rich sauce. Our Paneer Tikka is gently marinated then grilled in our tandoor oven before being lavished with our homemade Tikka sauce, grilled onions and peppers. Yummy! Try them and let us know what you think.

Have you tried our Achari Chicken dish yet? Representative of North Indian cuisine, the chicken is cooked with pickling spices, hence the 'achaar', which means pickle.

The chicken is tenderised in yoghurt before being cooked with a special blend of ground spices: red chillies, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds...the resulting masala (or gravy) is a balanced tangy yet gently warming sauce, which lovingly coats the tender chicken pieces.

We live it with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top to make the flavours really sing!

The Murgh Chettinad from the Ashiana has tender pieces of boneless chicken, cooked gently with onion, tomatoes and chillies, and finished with a blend of chettinaad spices: fennel, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and star anise.

This is a flavourful and warming curry which will tingle your tastebuds!
