"This was my first experience here and I was definitely not disappointed, first of all the location is fantastic, not far from great transport links as well as the castle keep etc.
The impressive art deco facade is really quite impressive and simply oozes with the grandeur of the Edwardian era, as does it's interior, particularly the beautiful ballroom.
Upon entering the staff were helpful and friendly, and this remained consistent throughout. In fact it's staff are undoubtedly the best asset here, they were not only completely professional and efficient but also friendly, helpful, caring, approachable, and welcoming.
Notably George and Sarah whom I felt went the extra mile and I can't thank them enough for their service here.
The chefs are also top of their game as the food was exquisite, well presented and delicious.
Would absolutely love to come back!"
