Dating back to 1180 and starting life as a Cistercian Monastery, it later became a Nunnery, private residence and since 1996, this beautiful building and its secluded grounds have been home to the Priory Hotel and Restaurant. We want your stay with us to be relaxing, enjoyable and focused on fantastic food. The Priory is the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy the best of locally sourced cuisine, and have a truly memorable stay in the historic town of Caerleon.

Unwind in the charming ambience of our beautiful building, where you can slow down and switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy a night of fireside cooking with our open kitchen, savouring delicious food crafted with care. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply in need of a break, this package offers the perfect blend of comfort and indulgence.

Treat yourselves to a memorable escape that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Available as one-night stays, Friday - Sunday.

Your stay includes:
A chilled bottle of Spanish Cava on arrival
£30 per person dinner allowance in our restaurant
Full Welsh cooked breakfast
Late check-out
