🎃🍂 FROM THE FARM TO OUR SECRET GARDEN! 🍂🎃

A little autumn adventure at Llys Meddyg…

We headed to our lovely local farm, where the pumpkins are grown in the very same soil as our restaurant! 🌱 We handpicked different varieties, each with their own character – some sweeter and more sugary, others more floury and perfect for cooking.

Before making their way into our chefs’ autumn menus, they need a little time to age! So we’ve brought them back to the hotel to dress our restaurant and Secret Garden for the season. 🧡

ROOM 7. Tucked away in the Mews Building, Room Seven is our cosiest little hideaway. Overlooking the courtyard and garden, it’s a room full of character, with a low-slung bed, a beautiful wooden basin and a bath with an overhead shower.
