IMPORTANT NOTICE! PLEASE READ! 🚨

A little message to everyone who searches for their holidays on Airbnb… 👀

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE… use a little common sense before you hit that BOOK NOW button!

If you stumble across a beautiful holiday home, lodge or little hidden gem that you absolutely LOVE, here’s a little tip…

GOOGLE IT! 🔎 CHECK SOCIAL MEDIA! FIND THEM DIRECT!

Not every holiday accommodation provider offers direct bookings, but LOTS of us do!

WE CERTAINLY DO! 🙌

In fact, I make it even easier for you… I’ve actually included the names of our lodges in our photos!

Why? Because I WANT you to find us directly!

And here’s the best bit…

💰 It saves US money in booking fees and commissions.

💰 It can save YOU money too!

It’s a win-win for everyone!

So next time you find somewhere gorgeous on Airbnb, before booking, take two minutes to see if you can find them direct.

You might just bag yourself a better deal, and you’ll be supporting a small independent business at the same time. ❤️

BOOK SMART. BOOK DIRECT. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES.

And if you’ve found us… well, now you know where to find us! 😉❤️

Some reviews stay with you. ❤️

This one from Jill really touched us:

“This is not a lodge – this is a sanctuary and a home the minute you walk through that door.

I was heading for burn out and what you have created may just have saved me. So thank you. I just wish I had longer.

This is Hygge – and we need much more of it in this country.”

Jill ###

Creating a place where people can slow down, breathe, feel safe and simply be is exactly why we do what we do.

Knowing that our little sanctuary gave Jill even a moment of rest when she needed it most means more than we can say.

Thank you, Jill, for trusting us with your words. 🤍

And yes… perhaps we really do need a little more Hygge in this country.

Our private outdoor seating is the perfect place to slow down and savour those peaceful moments that are so easy to forget in everyday life.

Just a crackling fire, a glass of w**e in hand, the soft glow of the lights, and nothing but the trees swaying in front of you.

Who would you spend an evening like this with?
