The Secret Cabin is a gorgeous little retreat for two nestled behind the woods at Seacliff, near North Berwick, within walking distance to the beach.

It's ideal for a getaway-from-it-all break to recharge the batteries.

With a stay at the Secret Cabin your sunday afternoon stroll could look something like this...

Obviously minus the storms we just had 😆 but the colours of the leaves on the trees and the shorter days just make for perfect slow-it-down and hibernate conditions.

This is the tree which overhangs the Cabin garden which just has the most amazing, and huge, leaves. A bit of a pain when they all fall off but beautiful while they're turning and still on the tree

Autumn is such a lovely season. Crisp sunrises (without having to get up super early to see them) and the birds happily singing in the trees is one of the most peaceful ways to start the day.

You can swap your usual alarm clock for a gentle wake up to birdsong at the Secret Cabin

Not all reels can be serious, sometimes you need to be a bit of a clown 😂

All the large-scale data centres proposals give me the heeby jeebies. You can be sure that the Secret Cabin is not encouraging their development.

How did we go from worrying about plastic straws to billionaires wanting to cover the countryside with environmental disaster data centres? Its madness.

The only data centres we like here are the kind where the only sounds are pages turning and maybe someone telling you to shoosh 🤫📚

I don't know about you but I feel like there's always someone shouting for me. At the Secret Cabin you can hide away and enjoy some time for just you.

Sounds good, right?

Why not book yourself in for some me time this autumn. Link in bio and it's always the best price when booked direct.
