Whatever your choice, we’ve got it. Nine teas, from English Breakfast to lemongrass and ginger, by the cup or the pot. Proper coffee, chai lattes, and a deluxe hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows for the colder days. Plus scones, cake and traybakes on the counter if you fancy something with it.

Fancy being captain for the day? ⚓

It's October. The clocks are about to go back, the garden has given up, and you've been saying "we should do something" since August.

So do something.

Hire one of our canal boats for the day, set off at 10am and head for Middlewich, or go the other way towards Anderton and take in the tunnels.

Wrap up warm, bring a flask, then come back to the marina for a hot drink and a slice of cake while you tell everyone about it.

£2 entry per person, all proceeds going to Alder Hey Hospital. Pizza menu available, bar open, and the winning team walks away with a free round of drinks plus a little something towards a canal boat day out.

Our cake selection changes all the time 🍰

Inside you've got a cosy sleeping area, a private bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, air fryer, toaster — all you need), underfloor heating and a log burner for the colder evenings. Outside, your own seating area, a BBQ, and a fire pit for nights under the stars.
