Nestled in the Norfolk Broads you will find our 2 and 3 bedroomed detached waterside holiday lodges located in the tranquil waterside setting of Brundall, near Norwich. Our pet friendly lodges benefit from their own private quay headed mooring for a motor launch (available for hire by prior arrangement) and are also the perfect location for river fishing. Brundall has its own railway station, and

various shops and pubs to explore and Norwich, Great Yarmouth, BeWILDerwood and Pleasurewood Hills can all be found nearby. We look forward to welcoming you to the beauty of the Norfolk Broads.

🍂 Autumn / Winter is a great time to visit! Slow down, soak up the riverside views and wildlife, fish from your private decking or head out to explore the beautiful Norfolk Broads. Norwich is a 10 minute train ride away for shopping, shows and history and the Norfolk coast and countryside are close by too.

📅 2027 bookings are already rolling in! And we are delighted to be taking bookings right through to Christmas 2027, with guests already securing their favourite lodge and dates well in advance.

🔹Separate entrance - You must book the correct number of guests to gain access.
🔹Sorry, Dinky Daze and The Snug is a pet free zone, but we have plenty of other options for your floofs 🐾
🔹 Sleeps max 2 - main building only. Sleeps max 4 - including The Snug.
