No 1 Boatman’s Row is an old fisherman’s cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea, in walking distance of the stunning sandy beach at Wells and Holkham. It sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a wood-burning stove, antique furniture, lots of books and a homely feel.
