A CAMRA award winning real ale pub of the year for 2020, and 2022 for Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and East Midlands - 13 handpulls with a constantly changing selection ranging from pale ales to stouts, porters and milds. In addition, there are freshly made cobs, pork pies, sausage rolls, and pies. We have a quiz night every Wednesday from 8.30pm. There’s 6@6 every thursday where you can grab yourself £18 worth of beer tokens for free! The real log burning fire is also a crowd pleaser on those cold winter nights. There are no fruit or quiz machines, no TV's, no pool table and only background music to help keep the atmosphere light and pleasant.

Today is Harriet's last shift with us.She has been with us for 5 years since she was 16 years old and has been loved by staff and customers alike.She has passed her degree and now moves on in her new career, we will all miss her and wish her well for the future. We will be having celebratory drinks with her this lunchtime and a short presentation around 3pm with staff and customers, all are welcome to join us.💓🎈🎁🥳😢😀
