Our guests at Stormhouse this week have had a front row seat to the elements that’s for sure 😂

A full-on storm and a 24-hour power cut didn’t dampen their spirits however and they managed to make the most of it, even capturing these beautiful images during their stay 🤩

Happened upon this amazing sky when leaving TheOldInn, Appin tonight.

Everyone was inside enjoying their steak 🥩 while I shared the spectacle with a serious photographer frantically setting up his tripod 😂 .

It changed so quickly, hopefully caught a good bit of it with my humble iPhone (operated by a less than competent photographer)

It hasn’t been the worst winter with some epic snowfall and even a fair share of sunshine 😊(Full disclosure, there has been a bit of rain too)

January’s the perfect month to book a wee escape….we still have availability in February & March for a quiet winter break (including Valentine’s in Stormhouse South!) as well as a few gaps throughout the spring & summer.
